By accessing or using the Brixel website, mobile application, or related services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Brixel provides software tools designed to help private money lenders organize and manage loan data, documents, summaries, tasks, deadlines, and related information.

Brixel is not a lender, broker, financial advisor, or law firm.
Brixel does not verify borrower information, underwrite loans, or guarantee repayment or outcomes.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information 

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials 

• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes 

You are solely responsible for your lending decisions, due diligence, agreements, and risk management.

4. Document Uploads & Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content and documents you upload.

You grant Brixel a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Platform.

5. AI-Generated Data & Insights

Brixel may provide AI-generated summaries, insights, and calculations.

These are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. You are responsible for verifying all outputs.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent activity 

• Upload malicious code or harmful content 

• Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the Platform 

• Misrepresent your identity 

7. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription.

By subscribing, you agree to:

• Provide accurate billing information 

• Authorize recurring payments where applicable 

All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, logos, and materials on the Platform are owned by Brixel Technologies LLC.

They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Brixel is not responsible for any losses, damages, or outcomes related to:

• Lending or investment decisions 

• Borrower performance or default 

• Inaccurate or incomplete data 

• AI-generated outputs 

• Reliance on any information within the Platform 

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

10. Data Security

Brixel uses industry-standard security measures. However, no system can guarantee complete security.

11. Account Termination

Brixel may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

You may discontinue use at any time.

12. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform means you accept those updates.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
