Along that journey, I didn't just build a business—I built systems. After managing real loans, real borrowers, and real moving parts, I created Brixel—a platform designed to move lenders from chaos to clarity, so you can see your loans clearly, stay ahead of your deals, and make decisions with confidence.

But I also noticed something along the way—a gap in support and mentorship for women like me, eager to break into this field but unsure where to start. That's why I created Grit and Polish Coaching: to provide the guidance, community, and encouragement I wish I had at the beginning of my journey.
